This is the single greatest place to get your apple products fixed. I’ve been coming here for years and after an incredible experience yesterday with Oscar, it was enough to inspire me to come here and recognize it. These guys are genuine and they really care about keeping you as a repeat customer in every way...too bad that Apple doesn't have these guys running their customer support department, we’d never wait 5 hours to get a screen or battery replaced again and you would be treated like a human being who has things to do and not unlimited funds to spend. Big thanks again to Oscar for the insanely quick, thorough and hospitable service I received yesterday... It was enough to make me write my first google review in years. These guys really go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure yours is an excellent experience. If they can make you happy, they will do everything they can to do so. I was referred to Digitiqe by a tech representative at our local Apple store to repair the screen on my Macbook Pro. I echo all the other reviews. Everyone at Digitiqe was knowledgeable, skilled, and so friendly and welcoming. They quickly assessed the problem, ordered the parts, called me as soon as they came in and then fixed my laptop that day, so I missed only part of one day on the repair. This work was under warranty, but I would definitely go back if I had a non-warranty issue.

My 2012 MacBook Laptop needed some speed & DVD/CD drive repaired. Caleb took care of everything - upgraded the hard drive and replaced the CD drive at a reasonable price & within 48 hours so I didn't have to be without it too long. Plus, way cheaper than a new MacBook!

He helped me clean up my MacBook Pro, gave me a tutorial re: hard drives and back-up solutions, restored 10 years of pics that had disappeared after I upgraded my operating system, helped me sync a few different photo libraries and with some iphone issues. He's also going to help our business switch email providers and create access to shared calendar for employees. He's also familiar with Microsoft for Mac if you have problems with that. Donovan is super smart, a nice guy, always on time, works fast and if you want, he'll also show you how to do things on your computer, so you can do them yourself later. He'll go to you home or office or you can drop off your computer to him.
