I've had my 2012 MacBook Pro here 3 times in the last several years. The first time because it was dead. I have no idea what happened to it. They somehow saved it and recovered all my everything on it, thank GOODNESS! I would've been devastated had I lost all my photo's. The second time was to replace a recalled part and while it was there they said it was lagging very badly, which I noticed too, but thought it was because I have so many photo's on it but they said that wasn't the case. So, I brought it back and they scanned it and decided to replace a part that they said is normal to go out after 5 years and now it's running good as new and actually probably even faster than when it was new!!! I rarely use my MacBook Pro because the iPhone and iPad are just more convenient but I'm so glad to have gotten it fixed, I think I'll use it more often now! Highly recommend this company!!
