Liz and all the instructors are so kind and attentive. I have taken classes with Liz, Ruben, Sabrina, and the two Michelles and they are all very fun and challenging. Even though the classes are challenging, the instructors stress that your practice is your own and taking a child's pose is always optional.

Great place. Liz, the owner, is very welcoming. I purchased a five class Groupon and I'm now hooked!! I'm far from flexible, and every single student and instructor continuously encourages me. No one judges you. It's like your hanging out with your best friends for an hour and half. I'm signing up this week for unlimited classes. If you want to try yoga, this is the place to go; you won't regret it!

The friendly atmosphere and the love one receives from the moment you walk in make this studio exceptional, and worthy of 5 stars. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable and are a variety of classes you can take, even for children.

This place is wonderful. Liz and Carolina are amazing. The studio is beautiful and welcoming. I love the options they have in regards to memberships and walk-ins. I initially purchased a groupon for my sister and I, but we love it so much that we will definitely be continuing our classes here.

Before purchasing the Groupon for Buddhaful OM Yoga, I called the number listed and left a message for a callback as I had several questions. ... The studio was easy to find, clean and peaceful. Although I had my own mat, the studio had mats and all supplies available. Everyone was friendly and the instructor for the class, Sabrina, was amazing. In short, this place is great and the Groupon is a phenomenal deal! I would HIGHLY recommend this studio.
