  Mike was extremely helpful, professional, thorough, and educated me as well. He set me up with a great anti-virus and showed me ways to maintain my PC on my own. I would certainly recommend his service and wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed.

  They fixed my computer in two days! Super flexible schedule, prices are very reasonable.
  
  I spilled ginger ale in my computer (I know lol) and they were able to calm me down and run diagnostics on it. They did this without even charging me a deposit, which was very nice (and I don't think that's the normal policy - I wasn't able to meet in person due to scheduling). ...

  I used them when a anti-viral software that I was using crashed my computer. They gave me quick service and were a pleasure to work with. They got me set up with an anti-virus software and a back up system which was needed because I am using my PC for work. A few months later I got a message one day saying my computer has a virus and I should call the telephone number provided to fix the problem I I called Brooklyn PC Clinic to ask if this was a scam and they picked up the call on their cell phone and told me it was a scam. I was pleased and happy to be able to reach them in that moment because I needed to be able to continue working. I would definitely recommend them!

  I had a computer build in my studio malfunction severely. Few are the more anxiety-filled moments than when your business has to cope with a buggy, nonoperational computer. I took my computer to the PC Clinic and was extremely heartened by the service. Not only are Mike and Tony inveterate professionals, they also walk you through their very complex and thorough diagnostic process (which on a home-built computer was no quick task), put in the time to work around tough problems to recover data, and offer great advice for your present problems and future upkeep. My computer was out of there after a few days and has been running smoothly ever since (knock on wood...

  Had a very detailed and honest discussion with Brooklyn PC Clinic over they phone. they advised me what my options were and were very upfront with possible costs I could incur.
