  Air conditioning unit died. It needed a new condenser hose. Cost would have been almost as much as a new unit and the unit was quite old. Brody-Pennell made a very reasonable bid for a new unit with labor, install and all. Within 3 days, a new unit was installed, tested and working before the next heat wave by two very polite, professional men. With my 94 year old mother-in-law living with us now, this is fantastic! Brody-Pennell, I can't thank you enough.

  Thank You Sal and Val and everyone at Brody-Pennell. We kept on having an ice up issue with our AC and Cesar was able to figure out the problem. Ken came and helped expedite the repairs ( super appreciated) and two days later Sal and Val
  Did the repair work quickly and professionally. You guys are awesome.

  Pleasant, professional and gets the job done efficiently. I appreciated the concern for the surrounding environment that Rene displayed with his attention to cleanliness and respect. The issue turned out to be just the thermostat as it was very old but full diagnostics were done to the old unit to make certain all was in working order. Thanks BP and my dogs thank you as well!
