I called asking if a workmen's comp settlement offer will affect my SSDI award. If yes, how to reduce the impact.
He told me it will not affect my SSDI but could affect my future SS income when I reach retirement age. He answered my questions thoroughly and patiently.
He gave me wording to use in any settlement to reduce the impact of a cash disbursement/settlement.
