Cleaned both tile and carpet. Very professional. Very pleasant to deal with. Honest enough to point out areas which might not clean up totally. Worked hard, with only a minor break, for 6 hours. The only reason I might deduct 1/4 of a star would be the email received the night before, which was slightly intimidating in tone (content perfectly acceptable)

I called Brightway with an urgent request & they came that afternoon! I was impressed not only with their timeliness but the good job they did. They ended up doing some other things in my house as well. I also had them take an oriental rug that I have had for 15 years so it could be cleaned. They returned it cleaned & better than before & also delivered it back to my house. Brightway made the whole process super easy! Highly recommend for a good & fast job!

Ya'll he hasn't even left my driveway yet and I had to log on to write a review!! We bought this house 6 months ago and were debating on replacing the MBR with wood floors because the carpet was so gross. My husband finally convinced me to do a deep clean and I found brightway through yelp.

My appointment window was between 12-4. He called at 12:50 to give me a 20 min heads up.
After about 45 minutes the carpet looked brand new!! I keep walking back in there to admire it. It's ridiculous. I wish I would have taken a before picture but honestly my expectations weren't that high.
We will absolutely be recommending brightway to all of our friends and family -

I picked Brightway because of the Yelp reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I had spilled red wine on my couch and needed it cleaned. Denise was upfront about the ability to get the red wine stain out. Eric came out and cleaned the entire couch. He was on time and professional. He got the stains out of the cushions but not out of the base of the couch. It is in the area of the couch that is covered by the cushions, so no problem. I liked the process they used to treat the entire couch and not just the stained area. Now I have a very clean couch that looks terrific.

I was very impressed with Brightway's service. We needed last-minute cleaning and they were able to get us an appointment the next day, first thing in the morning. The email confirmation they sent for the appointment was awesome, and gave great instructions on how to prepare the areas to be cleaned. I got a call before the appointment confirming they were on their way. Joe was the technician, and he was very nice and professional. He did a great job in removing the tough carpet stains, and also did the tile in the kitchen. The before-and-after was impressive.
