  Always great workmanship and very personable, professional treatment.
  A patient will size up a clinic immediately by the first person they come into contact with...in this case it's the Front Office staff. Oksana has been a long-standing example of excellence in service. She's warm, friendly, professional, and is willing to work with you. She's accommodating and understanding of the patient's needs. The next person(s) that make an impression are the other staff- Dental Hygienist and Dental Assistant. Aside from their pleasantness and gentleness, their workmanship is outstanding!! Val's integrity and skills are top-notch. She'll spend a little more time to remove stubborn stains from your teeth and I love the superb cleaning she does! Finally, we have the Doctor! Dr. Kaady has proven to me his competency on many levels regarding my dental needs. I've been happy with the work he's done on me time and time again. He's personable and smells good, too. :) So, if you're looking for a quality dental practice, Bridge Town Dental is the place.

  Setting up my appointments was very easy and the staff was super friendly. The cleaning was thorough, and the staff had excellent bedside manner which is extremely important to me since I have had a long time fear of the dentist.
  I made them well aware of my anxiety and I felt extra cared for because of it.
  The filling also went very well and they were again careful to explain everything and use extra care with me, we even had a few laughs which put me at ease. Though I had some pain after the procedure, I did call them to see if there was any cause for concern. They called to check in thereafter, which I thought was very nice! The office was very clean and well staffed and it seemed like they used top of the line technology in their process which helped make me feel like I was getting the best available service. When I usually walk out of the dentist, I dread my next visit, but not this time. I almost look forward to coming back.

  Despite the horrible pain I was experiencing the staff and Dr. Kaady made feel comfortable. This was my first visit with Dr. Kaady and I felt like I had been a patient of his forever. Before sending me on my way, he assured me that he would be available at anytime if I should have any problems or have any questions. The doctor is the best!!!

  I am new to Portland and was due for my 6-month preventive dental check-up. I've been going to my old dentist (in California) for years so had really high expectations of any replacement.
  
  A friend recommended Dr. Kaady, and the experience was fantastic. Staff was super friendly, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was gentle yet efficient, they used the latest technologies (even a few I'd never seen before), and explained exactly what they were doing throughout the exam. The interior of the office has a great vibe. I couldn't get over how helpful and genuinely friendly everyone was. It's clear this is an office that invests in the stuff that actually leads to healthy teeth and gums, and not just the superficials.

  I didn't go to the dentist for years due to horrible dentist experiences. Dr. Kaady and his staff helped me feel safe at the dentist right away. Now, I never miss an appointment! They are gentle, kind, and accommodating. I have a child with type one diabetes. They are well-versed in knowing what her special needs are. We all love going to see Dr. Kaady and his staff.
