I started in the restaurant industry working my way through college where, I developed my love for curated cocktails, a bold red wine and a zinger cup of espresso. After earning my Bachelors of Science from Indiana University I knew I wanted to continue in hospitality. My repertoire spans from corporate to fundraisers, branded liquor events, birthdays, artist hospitality and more. Bridget Davis is PHENOMENAL! I hired Bridget for day-of coordination after doing most of the planning myself, and boy am I glad I did! She made sure all of the vendors were on the same page, and was proactive about getting information to and from each of them leading up to my wedding day. She created a very detailed timeline of the weekend - including arrival and set up times for each of the vendors - and made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. ...

Bridget was monumental to why our day went so well! I knew the first day I met her with my mom, that I had to work with her! She is such a bright, warm individual that is completely dedicated to bringing dreams to life! Bridget is realistic but also incredibly savvy. She was able to keep me within my budget, but help me find ways to somehow get everything I wanted! She was always available for support, advice, countless meetings, and endless communication! If you want someone to help you create an incredibly fun, creative event and have a blast planning it, then you need her as your team leader!!

I was just a bridesmaid at a recent wedding in Indianapolis and my god, Bridget is superwoman! She did no wrong and was ready for everything. The bride was stressing about everything but once Bridget got into the picture, she realized she was in good hands. She brought a sense of positivity and calm to the entire process. Bridget provided a detailed timeline for the day well in advance, attended the final walk-thru and meeting with the venue, and communicated the timeline to the vendors. My bride is VERY picky and I know that the day would not have gone as smoothly or been as stress-free for the bride without her there! I only wish she lived near me when I was getting married.

I can't say enough good things about Bridget Davis Events! She has planned 3 events for me from private parties to styled wedding day coverage. She filled every need and exceeded our expections, all while remaining completely calm and laid back. I threw a ton of extra "details" her way at the last minute and she just rolled with it and executed everything perfectly. She is incredibly organized and has an eye for making things look beautiful and stylish. I will definitely be using her services again! Thank you Bridget!
