  Brenda did a wonderful job helping me sell my home in Saratoga. She clearly knew the area, down to the specific rules, fees, and amenities in my HOA. She took care of all of the work to make repairs, stage the home, take photos, etc. while still including me in the important decisions. When we had offers, she made good recommendations on how long to wait for more offers, whether to counter-offer, etc. I have no regrets about working with Brenda.

  Brenda was amazing. She helped us sell and buy within a year. A seasoned professional, with real knowledge of the Bay Area housing market. She also has an extensive network, and a list of excellent home maintenance/ renovation vendors. Very professional and driven.

  I am the owner of Thrasher Termite & Pest Control. Brenda uses my company's services when she is working with her buyers and her sellers. Brenda is sharp and understands the importance of obtaining a termite inspection and a property inspection for her clients. When she receives the report she knows how to review the report and she always asks the important questions to make sure her clients are protected. Brenda is pleasant to work with and I watch her go above and beyond for her buyers/sellers with every deal we do together.

  I've worked with Brenda to buy three separate homes in the Bay Area and each experience has been phenomenal. Brenda knows the market extremely well and has advised me to make the correct offer each time with minimal stress. I have only ever put in three offers, and have won each one, which in a market as competitive as Bay Area, is unbelievable. I never once felt that I was making an offer that was against my best interest, and thanks to her negotiating skills, I have been able to see significant returns on my home values almost immediately. Brenda takes extreme care to make sure her clients are aware of every step of the process and how it affects them, as well as to make sure they are happy with all aspects of the deal. I've recommended Brenda to my family and friends, and would continue to do so.

  Brenda is an agent that knows how to get things done! Some people see obstacles and don't know how to get around them. Brenda anticipates obstacles before they become problems and she moves them right out of the way. She moves quick and she moves efficiently, and I had full faith throughout the process that she was always working very hard on our behalf. ...
  
  Plus, Brenda's experience means she has tremendous contacts in the industry, and they are all ready and willing to work with her at moment's notice. I overheard several of the people who came out to do our home inspection talking about how much they enjoyed working with her. That speaks volumes to me about the kind of agent Brenda is.
