In 2008 Rob Barber looked up Jennifer Prugh on the International Yoga Therapy site (www.iayt.org) because his wife Melissa had breast cancer that had metastasized to her brain and cerebral spinal fluid. Six years earlier, Jennifer had supported her own father in his final stages of cancer, a significant time that altered the course of her life. I've taken several workshops at this studio and have been consistently impressed with how friendly the staff is, how awesome the teachers are, the high quality of the retail section of the studio, and even the amazing selection of smoothies and bowls to choose from in the tea house. Wonderful spot to practice + hang out!

There are so many great things about Breathe! I find that it's not just a yoga studio but also is an overall wellness center. There's a cafe inside where you can get healthy, organic drinks. Beautiful, zen and clean with elements of chic and rustic. Modern Yoga studio for adults and kids. Teacher Nelly, Kids' Yoga Instructor is amazing. She uses different senses using different objects. Great and fun asanas for little ones. I like that she lets them move in a fun sun activity. We will be back! Oh, and the cafe is so cute with healthy zen snacks for adults and little ones!

This place has changed my life. Body, heart and soul. The teachers and fellow yogis are amazing. I leave feeling empowered and serene each time I visit. There are so many class types to choose from, and that I love! How lucky I feel to have such a great place of practice to call home. #gratefulyogi
