  Honestly, I can't thank Sam and the team at Braxton Auto enough for how they took care of me last Wednesday. At the end of the day, I had what for me was a major emergency. My Volvo's plastic undercarriage was dragging underneath my SUV and making a heck of a racket... I was unsure how safe it was to drive, but my #1 priority was getting to my daughter. I called Braxton to inquire what time they would open in the morning... Sam told me to stop by at that moment (I was only about a mile away) and he met me outside. His team jumped right on the problem like a Nascar pit stop... Before I knew it the truck was hoisted in the air and a guy was running for bolts. Time was of the essence so I asked Sam if I could settle payment while his colleague was fixing the problem. He refused payment. I insisted. He refused. I was so worked up thinking of my daughter feeling abandoned at school that I was reduced to tears. I made it to her school with 5 mins to spare. Braxton Automotive has earned a customer for life. I'll be seeing you guys again soon... I promise no tears. :-)

  I brought my Prius in this morning to determine why the maintenance light was on. They began looking at my car within 5 minutes of my arrival and, after a thorough inspection of my entire vehicle (I watched them from the waiting room), they told me that my car was fine and speculated that the the maintenance light was just a premature oil change alert. They were courteous and polite and they did not charge me a dime. I will be bringing my car here from now on!

  Thanks Braxton for taking car of my BMW X5! It has had multiple problems going on and the dealership could not get it fixed. One week at Braxton and it drives like a new car. Braxton really listened to me about what I thought was going on with my car, and they were great at trouble shooting and ultimately fixing what has been a horrible ride for over a year! Love this place!

  Took my 2009 328i convertible in for an oil change and investigation of a knocking noise. I was greeted but a very friendly and courteous staff and my car was promptly taken for it's service.
  With their advanced diagnostic equipment they were able to find my problem and were able to begin fixing the problem immediately.
  Sam called to update me on the progress and confirm they had all the necessary parts.
  Braxton gives you all the features and benefits of a dealership except with better customer service and much more reasonable pricing.
  Highly recommend them.

  Several years ago we bought a previously-owned Land Rover LR3. We also bought the warranty. We have used Braxton on all repairs and preventive maintenance and they have done a fantastic job! Sam Davis, our service representative, is so knowledgeable and responsive, that we trust him, and Braxton, implicitly. Sam has been INVALUABLE in working with the warranty company. At this moment, Braxton is working on the Rover to get it ready for shipment to LA. We are confident that all will be well with the vehicle when it arrives! Braxton is the best automotive shop I've ever seen.
