Working with Sally Williams was such a wonderful experience! I instantly felt like I was heard as I interviewed with her and we discussed what I was looking for in the next step of my career. She was patient with me and easy to talk to. Sally is a calming force in the chaos of the job market! I instantly got the sense that she was truly on my team. She was very involved and concerned with finding me the right fit. After a month in my new position she even checked in to make sure I was still doing well! ...

My experience with Boly Welch was excellent. During my interview I met Brittney, who asked me what kinds of positions I was looking for and was very clear about the fact that it was ultimately up to me where I interviewed or -- ultimately -- worked. Gwen and Brittney in the legal recruiting department were so fantastic. They really work to find a position that will be a great fit for both you and the employer. They were so encouraging and positive. What I loved about the whole process is that they take the time to sit down with you and help you articulate how your experience translates into exactly what the employer is looking for. I felt so confident going into my interviews! If I ever find myself job searching again, they are the first call I'll make!

After spending years in an industry that never gave me the feeling of fulfillment that I wanted from my career, I decided to take the scary leap of starting from scratch. ...

I have 10+ years experience as an executive assistant. I’ve worked in Boston, Washington, DC, and San Francisco. Recently my little family and I decided to move to Portland because I had grown up in the area and we wanted to be closer to family. Both my husband and I moved to the area with no jobs, but we knew the journey would award us with a longer investment of a better work-life balance. I felt confident I could find something with my experience. ...
