This contract was, and is currently our first handshake with a prospect customer, honest and firm. Clients feel secure as all obligations of both parties are logically laid out. We hired Kathy about three years ago when we were buying our first home. We were surprised at how much work was required to actually buy a house. From getting a mortgage, to looking for the house, doing inspections etc. It really was a stressful time for us. We worked with many individuals during that process and I have to say Kathy was by far the most professional and thorough of all the people we had to deal with. ...
