  BLiSS is a wonderful studio for anyone looking to practice yoga. Ann Green is an amazing teacher and goes above and beyond to make sure that your practice is as enjoyable as possible. They offer workshops and a variety of classes for everyone. A very lovely studio!

  Very nice space. Professional, friendly atmosphere. Child-friendly with classes for the little ones. By far, the most superior yoga place in town. Great variety of classes at all times of the day!

  I have been coming for a few months now and I cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful place! All of the instructors are fantastic and unique. This Monday I had the pleasure of attending a flow class lead by Ann. Not only did we have the pleasure of practicing with the gorgeous view from the loft window and the encouraging energy from Ann, but there was a man playing live guitar throughout the entire hour and a half!!! It was one of the most beautiful and memorable experiences I have ever had in a yoga class. I just love it here!! Thank you!!

  This is a serious studio. And it is BUSY. There is barre, there is yoga, there is pilates and there is a lot of SWEAT happening!
  
  The 3-story studio is located just off the main strip downtown. I signed up for the "30 days for $30" and registered for classes through MindBody, a website that lists all the schedules and the availability of each class. Clean changerooms and lots of space to hang up stuff. There are showers available too.......
