  Taking your bike to Jinji is like taking your bike on a date to a really nice restaurant. Kind, knowledgeable staff, quick turnarounds on repairs and super convenient if you work downtown. Do something nice for your bike and check these dudes out!

  A mechanic from Jinji Cycles came to our office to get our bikes tuned-up for Bike to Work Day. When my bike was finished, the mechanic said it needed extra work done before being road-worthy. Later that afternoon I took it into Jinji Cycles and expected I would have to leave it over night or even a few days. The mechanic recognized me and started work on it immediately and when it was fixed like 20 minutes later he nearly sent me out the door without charging me. I was not okay with that, so when I asked how much I owed he gave me a very very low number, which honestly I don't think was fair for his time or expertise. Extra tips in the tip jar are deserved here!

  Jinji has a knowledgeable and helpful staff. They performed a road bike fit for me and my wife. The fit was great and got rid of some knee pain for my wife. They have also done great work on my mountain bikes with quick professional solutions to sometimes obscure or unique repairs. Top notch staff at Jinji Cycles.

  Compared to other bike shops that I have done business with, Jason and his team always go the extra mile to ensure that I have a positive experience. The friendly and knowledgeable mechanics make a point to welcome me when I first walk in the door, are prompt about making sure that I am helped and are always willing to spend the time to listen to my bike troubles and offer honest and straightforward recommendations. Jinji's is very good at catering to riders of all skill levels, from pro level racers to weekend cruisers. I never feel intimated about asking questions and know that my opinion is valued.
  
  Jason is very upfront and honest about pricing and seems to go above and beyond to make you feel like you are getting the best bang for your buck.
  
  I plan to continue to do business with Jinji Cycles in the future.

  Fast, efficient, friendly and, most importantly, did not try to up sell on unneeded parts. Check this place out for your go to cycle shop! Had two bikes serviced and the couldn't be happier.
