We provide great food, meticulous attention to detail, wonderful decorations and personalized service. We are licensed by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and are able to meet all of your needs.
Black Tie Affairs Catering will take the worry out of planning your event. Our staff visits with each client to discuss menu ideas and expectations. We will then recommend menus that meet those expectations and are within your budget.
We are an approved caterer at most venues in San Antonio. We often cater The Southwest School of Art and Craft, the Witte Museum, the San Antonio Garden Center, the San Antonio Art Museum, the International Center, Institute of Texan Culture, Celebration Square and La Villita. Read more

We used black tie affairs to cater a birthday party. They were very helpful throughout the ordering process and always got back to us in a timely manner with any questions we had. On the day of the party they showed up on time and ready to work. Everything was set up and looked wonderful. Appetizers were a hit and dinner was amazing. We had a full buffet for 60 guests and not one person didn't have a smile on their face. Not only was the food great but so was the service. They managed to pick up all the trash and empty plates before leaving and made sure every guest was cleaned up after. Not only did they clean up the trash they also cleaned the floors where they prepared the food. The service blew me away and I would highly recommend using black tie affair for any event. I know I will be a returning customer!
