These guys are hands-down the best shop in Reno. Always willing to help and they take care of the little details that matter to the bike. They look out for the wear and let me know how the bike is holding up.Never tried to sell me something that I did not need.

They are the best shop for mountain bikes in Northern Nevada. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to make sure that you are ordering the correct bike for your skill level and preferences. Before you take delivery they set up suspension, bar and seat height and coach you on personal adjustments.

I turned up just before closing on a Saturday. Rented a Santa Cruz hightower for a very reasonable price. I was only in town for 2 nights so Curtis came in on his day off so I could return the bike. Thanks so much Black Rock Bicycles. The bike rode perfect and the local tracks were good fun.

There aren't enough words to explain how awesome this shop really is! I recently bought an Intense Tracer 27.5, and I am thoroughly impressed with the expertise and customer service of Curtis, Travis, and Keith. Not only did I walk out with a bitchin' mountain bike that would make any man drool, but I was introduced to a community of awesome riders and good times!! Thank you Black Rock!

So I went in and test rode a heckler then I went to YT industries and rode a Capra. Both very awesome bikes but the heckler fits my riding style (or lack thereof better). I ordered the heckler fully decked out something happened in shipping and it didn't make it in. 3 weeks into the process I am the proud owner of a Bronson and Black Rock did everything they could to get the bike in as fast as possible. It wasn't what I ordered but they did and are doing everything to make it right! Curtis and Travis bent over backwards probably threw some flips in there and set me up properly. Best bike shop on Reno by far!
