  Very friendly with my kids, especially during "Take a Kid Mtn Biking" day. They have hosted the event for many years... watched my kids grow up during the mulitlple times we have attended.

  Bike Zoo is awesome. I have purchased 5 bikes from them in the past 8 years. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. The bike repair guys rock. I had a factory issue with one of the bikes and thought I'd have to leave it for a week or so to get repaired. To my surprise they replaced the faulty part right then and there and i was on my way within 20 minutes, good as new. As long as i can pedal a bike, I'll keep coming back to the Bike Zoo! Consistently Awesome they are.
