  This is the only bike shop in Syracuse that rents mountain bikes. We wanted to get a friend into mountain biking but couldn’t find a shop in town that rented anything but road bikes and fat bikes. Well the bike loft helped us out. Rented us a nice specialized stump jumper. And went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this shop.

  Came in with my daughters stroller that I was struggling to put air into. They were so friendly! Added air & showed me exactly what I was doing wrong with my pump from home.

  These guys are so great...I stopped in there today with some fitment issues on my road bike and Jamie and the crew were there to help me out. Their knowledge and experience is top notch. They took the time to answer questions and get me out on the road!! Always impressed when I need to stop at the Bike Loft for something ;-) Thanks!
