  I must say the Bike Doctor of Bel Air is a wonderful bike shop with exceptional service. I have purchased 2 bikes in the last year though this store. Dan, the owner, has gone out of his way to assist me in both purchases. My first purchase was to replace a trek bike that was totaled in an accident. Through their shop I would order a project one bike. What fun and professional experience to upgrade your bike to fit your needs and size. Fred, the bike fitter, did a great job and was very helpful.
  
  If you have question or concerns of cycling they do their best to help. I recently wanted a second bike for off road and winter road bike riding. They guided me and help me select a bike to fit these needs. I brought the newly design Cannondale Slate. What a fun bike to own . Check it out ..

  Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Fair pricing, though be warned no cheap bikes here, only quality (remember you get what you pay for). You also get life time gear and brake adjustment and half off tune ups. Highly recommended.

  I have went there upon a local retail recommendation for bike tune-ups. Upon entry, the staff instantly greeted me and my family. They fitted my sons with nice mountain bikes that fit their size which has helped get them outdoors more. They performed a fitting for myself and my wife and were very detailed and informative of every aspect they were working on. Upgrades for my started bike has kept me coming to them even there is another shop closer to my house. The weekend bike rides helps promote their business and also teaches the group riders to be more efficient in riding. They offered suggestions to help climbing, breathing, and products for endurance rides of great distances. I have not once seen the staff upset or without a smile. Their customer service is what I expect in the American Retail / Service Markets.

  Excellent service and very helpful and friendly staff. I get my wheelchair tires installed here, they retrieve them from my car, 15mins later I'm out the door. No hassle of doing it myself.
