One of the oldest bike shops in Philadelphia. Providing excellent service and quality products 25 years strong.
They have been a long time supporters of my team. Even though they are no longer obligated to support our riders they do so in amazing fashion. It defendantly is a fact that they go above and beyond for everyone weather your a long time commuter or beginning your first race season.

My gears were giving me trouble and a shop mechanic patiently heard my story, took a quick look, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me. My experiences at Bicycle Therapy on this day and in the past has always been great! The staff is friendly and always explain things to you. I would recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for one in the city.

Rad group of folks. I showed up in need of some clothing for an evening ride and, despite being closed for the day for inventory, they welcomed me inside to buy some kit, pet their awesome dog, and look around a bit. Splitting my time between Baltimore and Philly now, I'm happy to say that I've got my Philly shop selection locked down.

This is a really solid neighborhood bike shop. I always go in there with something little to them (which is of course huge to me as a non-bike expert), and they usually handle it and charge me nothing. As a result, I'm happy to funnel all of my bike-related business towards them. They give honest opinions on what you should do with your older equipment and I never feel like I'm being unnecessarily up-sold. Their prices seem reasonable, and they have some flexibility in price-matching on bigger equipment. Their staff is friendly and super-knowledgeable too. Highly recommended.

Bicycle Therapy for the win... AGAIN. It was a quick fix, he explained what happen without talking down to me or making me feel stupid (but not so technical that someone who has minimal bike parts knowledge, ME, could understand), and sent me on my way without a bill.

First and foremost, they are a pet friendly shop! When we came in with our dog everyone came over to say hello and see if we needed help. We were looking for a bike rack, of which they had a great selection of in stock but unfortunately not the particular one we needed. This was no issue, they ordered the one we needed and quickly had it in for us to pick up a few days later. Our experience at Bicycle Therapy was without a doubt the most pleasant retail experience I have had in a long time. I am excited to shop there again soon. Thank you for your help!
