David, the owner, is a fantastic individual who exceeds all of the conditions listed above! He is a wizard in bike repair, service and knowledge. Pricepoints are always fair and he genuinely cares about his customers. Located in a small town, he has been in business for many years which verifies his ability to service all clients fairly and with respect. Definatley a fine example of the biking community's ability to service the consumer properly.

This is a great little bike shop. I've purchased 2 bikes here. Both great bike but the service after the sale is awesome. Dave, the owner, is the best bike mechanic I've worked with. Can't recommend this shop enough.

I remember Dave from when he just started working at the shop in its old location across the street. He has carried this local shop for many years now and has done a great job. Great service, honest, and knowledgeable. Thanks Dave for keeping the Bike shop here in Topsfield, great job!

I should have wrote this a long time ago, but better late than never! I bought 2 bikes here, the most recent purchase was an upgrade, and at the time, was a hard-to-find Kona Process model size small. They went above and beyond my expectations and found the bike at one of their associate's shops, and grabbed it for me. I have been enjoying it ever since. Thanks so much!
