  Words cannot describe how thankful I am I was referred to and decided to retain Beth when I was going through my divorce. If you are reading this review because you are going through a divorce yourself, then you already know how physically, mentally and emotionally draining it is. From day one, Beth was very attentive and sympathetic to the details of my case.   After speaking with Beth Appelsmith for only a few minutes at our first meeting, I knew I could trust her, and my trust was well placed. She helped me think through and complete a pre-nuptial agreement on a very rushed timeline. Her calm approach and insights, as well as her advice gave me the confidence to sign the agreement with full knowledge of the consequences and benefits of doing so.

  Beth's wisdom and experience helped me think ahead to where my money was best spent, especially focusing on what is best for my children. Mike Jonsson hand picked her for these skills and her ability to bring in collaboration skills (looking for what the other parent wants versus what they demand) into an unnecessary court case for a sudden change in custody and child support. She listened well and was flexible in how we communicated (email when appropriate) so that I did not waste money. I so appreciate her calm and peaceable demeanor, listening and analytical skills and the wisdom that comes from experience and collaboration training.
