  I do not even know how to put to words the depths of my healing since starting to see Dr. Stella! The repatterining work has changed the very core of the integrity of my c ells in my bone structures as well as my tissues. I am forever Grateful for his incredible gifts, skills, and knowledge.   Great service and great atmosphere. Very peaceful and professional. I have worked with many Massage Therapists in a professional capacity and Maddi delivered exceptional service which exceeded my expectations. If you are in Minneapolis and in need of a medical or relaxing massage, check this place out!

  I always thought chiropractors were all crooks. In the past they took my money and when I left, I'd leave very unsatisfied and with the same pain I came in there with. I never wanted to go to another one again, I made up my mind that I was screwed over for the last time. Until I heard about this place, the people talking about it had no reason to lie and they were saying amazing things about them. I knew for sure I wasn't gonna get hustled here, and I'm glad that I went. It truly was amazing. So professional, so honest, really care about there patients. I love that I gave the chiropractor one more chance. I love it!

  I'm a deep tissue massage snob, get one every 4 weeks and am not easily pleased. This review is for the life changing 60-minute deep tissue massage I received from Cheryl. I booked 24 hours in advance and I'm so glad I got to see Cheryl for the first time. I hurt my back by lifting some heavy boxes during my move and she did so much amazing work on various parts causing the back pain including abs which no one ever did. ...

  Dr. Andy Stella has been amazing in helping my decades-long back and shoulder issues with Matrix Repatterning Technique (MRT). I swear I can't explain it (watch his videos!) - more than facia, more than energy work - I don't know. I have had two concussions and have been in two car accidents - all about 20-25 years ago. ...
  
  ... The work continues and I see real progress. My husband is thrilled with the results he is seeing in me. This is worth the investment if Dr. Stella determines you are a good candidate. Doesn't take insurance but HSA works if you have it.
