  I just had a great service experience with Benefit Air. The technician, Cole, arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly. Cole took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. These guys stand behind their work and honor their warranty. Happy to do business with them.

  ... After 18 hours and spending a night in the Arizona heat, I called these guys and they came same day. Fixed the problem, and in addition to that they agreed to speak with the warranty company, so I get reimbursed. The warranty company called them and benefit Airconditioning gave them the details.
  
  They did try to sell me their products and services, but when I told them I don't have the budget, they didn't ouch as other companies have done in the past.
  
  Been a week, AC is working great, and I will definitely contact them if I need them again.

  Use these guys! I am 100% happy with entire process from estimate-instillation. These guys gave us a fair deal. No hidden charges or fees. Instillation crew were intellegent on their feet workers. Prompt and very polite. Cleaned up all their debris inside and out.

  I received a quote on a Trane 5 ton packaged unit from Benefit Air Conditioning which was very competitive in price vs. three other quotes and with a good warranty plan (including labor). Ken and his team did a clean and safe work of removing the old 12+ year old unit from the roof and getting it replaced with the new unit. Everything was well organized, timely and professionally done. Benefit Air Conditioning also installed the new thermostat that came with the unit. Ken also filed for the APS rebate and kept us informed on the progress of the filling. Everything is working great so far thanks to Ken and his team.
