I hired B-Sure Home Inspection / BBaca Engineering for a home inspection. They were on time and super thorough. At the end of it we got a 96 page inspection report covering every square inch of this property! Thanks to these guys I dodged a bullet almost buying a home that would have costed me 20% it's value in repairs!

BBaca Engineering is the best in the Business and a company beyond just home inspections. They have done several jobs for us and all with ease and efficiency! From Drawing Engineer plans to bring sewer to a property, engineer plans bringing water to a property, and helping with our Manufactured Home Projects getting FHA certified...just to name a few of the services. I highly recommend them!

Today Ralph came out to my house to help us determine actions to take for our foundation issues. Ralph is personable and professional. He took his time to really look around my home. He spent time addressing my concerns. He will also write a report for us to help my husband and I moving forward. I would definitely recommend BBACA to any homeowner looking for some answers.
