I had a truly wonderful experience with Bay State! I bought my first apartment a few years ago and always knew I wanted to remodel the kitchen - it was very small and enclosed, and not my style. When I called Bay State to come out for a quote, they really understood my vision and my parameters and made me feel completely comfortable with the project. Being a first time homeowner and a younger woman, I did have some reservations about being upcharged or taken advantage of. Bay State completely quelled any hesitations I had.

My next door neighbor had their tob reglazed and it came out so great I called Bay State the following week to do my tub. My neighbor was also thrilled with how nice her reglazed came out. Juan was the technician that completed my tub. Everything about working with this company was a positive and professional experience. The whole job was done in just a few hours and was ready to use in less than three days. I can’t beli how great my tub looks!! It literally looks brand new and glistens. I would absolutely use this company again - it was worth every penny. The technician Juan did a fantastic job with reglazing my tub.
