I can't say enough about the awesome job Bates Landscaping did with our front and backyard. The work was done prompt and Melissa kept us updated on any set backs or issues during the project. Melissa came out afterwards to make sure it turned out the way we discussed and to give us instructions on up keep and maintenance. We will definitely be using them for future projects.

Love these guys! I had a pergola put in and not only do I love the end result but the service throughout the process was amazing. I spoke with Melissa about the design I wanted and she was such a pleasure to work with! The crew that did the install was also very polite and got the job done in a very timely manner. Bates Landscaping did an absolutely phenomenal job on my entire front lawn. They sodded it, mulched the flower beds, provided a special sprinkler that would cover such a large area and then put a timer on the faucet so it would automatically water at the right time each day. When Melissa came out to do the estimate she also provided information on keeping the lawn in perfect condition. She suggested having some branches cut from the maple tree to provide more sunlight. She was a delight to work with. My neighbors are so impressed that they asked for Bates phone number. I am very particular about my yard and now would never have anyone else but Bates Landscaping.

... They made a great effort to be at the property in a very short amount of time after the snow stopped, and did a great job with getting in between the cars in the parking lot. They also did follow up visits to salt the lot and sidewalks without us having to call and ask for them to come out which is awesome. I got plenty of compliments from our residents about what a great job they did every time it snowed.

I hired Bates landscaping when I opened my Phone repair store in Drexel Hill (iPhillyFixit). The front was overgrown and needed curb appeal. Melissa came out and gave me recommendations for the front. After the plants were put in, I was happy to find out I could sign up with a yearly maintenance plan.
