This year we hit a wall with our taxes. I usually do them myself. I called several companies, some people over simplified our solution and I didn't feel confident with them, some gave me the runaround, others didn't even return my call after they sized up my situation. Only a couple of companies were honest about it and made me feel like they could do the job.
