I can't say enough about how great Paul is. I wasn't that optimistic when we started working together because I had not had much success losing weight on my own, but Paul gave me the tools I needed to start seeing real results. He is not only professional and knowledgeable, but he's supportive and will become your champion. I really think that it was his positivity that made all the difference for me -- I looked forward to seeing him and was motivated to show up to our appointments with progress on display. I think that accountability is really key if you are trying to make a change, and Paul's nutrition plan combined with his supportive nature really works.

At first, I was a bit hesitant, if and how this program would work. But after understanding and sticking to the program, I must say that I lost weight, I built up muscle mass and just feel overall better. I was never in terrible shape, but I had lost track of where I used to be in terms of my fitness level and I certainly have found my way back, thanks to Paul and his program.

Working with Paul is a pleasure. We all know what it means to eat healthy, but actually doing it is another thing. Paul took me through the steps of meal planning and gave me an understanding of how to pair foods to maximize nutrition and energy. He follows up on my progress and motivates me to stay on track which is very important to me. He is personable and knowledgeable. While working with Paul I have successfully lost 20 pounds and I have an easier time making better food choices.

I've always been fairly active and health-conscious but after a bad back injury, I increased substantial weight over a short period of time. Frankly, it was pretty depressing. I came across Paul and decided to check him out. It was an excellent choice. He provided me with the personal feedback, resources, and professional insight to not only get back on track but design sustainable nutrition options. I lost appx. 12 lbs. but I appreciated that Paul didn't just focus on weight loss as much as developing positive nutrition habits. Still going strong!
