Ken Wong did an amazing job on my hair and made the experience all around wonderful. Passionate about his job and my hair feels absolutely fabulous. Other hairstylist and woman at the front desk were polite and friendly. Clean and tidy studio. Definitely going back!!

I started seeing Bethany for my hair ten years ago. Then my husband joined and now my kids see her too. She always gets what we want to do with our hair. She works changes in incrementally and provides solid advice. We would follow her anywhere!

I miss Ken. I've moved to San Francisco, but whenever I go back home, I book an appointment with him. I thought SF would be full of top-notch hair dressers, but no one comes close to Ken.

Going to Balance has got to be one of the best hair decisions I've ever made. Ken is an amazing stylist and gave me the best cut I've ever had. He was easy to work with, attentive and meticulous. He made sure to that my cut was exactly what I wanted in every way. The salon atmosphere and staff were laid back and relaxing. My experience was excellent and I will definitely be coming back!
