Bobbie first learned how to style hair when he was 8-years-old due to his mother struggling to find a stylist in Holland, MI because of the language barrier as a refugee from Laos. Her solution to the matter was to teach her son how to perm her hair and create updos for special events. What could have been regarded as a chore sparked a creative hunger inside him - Bobbie would go on to cosmetology school in New York City. Soon after schooling, he worked with Lady Gaga, numerous fashion houses, and his work has been featured in publications such as; Vogue, Brides, WWD, Curve, Nylon and more. Read more

I love coming in and smelling all them fresh ass flowers. They do hair and flowers like what in the world!!!! I used to get my hair done at Gene Juarez in downtown but ever since I came here I haven't gone anywhere else. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their hair done because I always leave feeling so pampered and with cute hair. -

I have gotten my hair cut by Bobbie at Bahtoh several times. Always am extremely happy with the work he does. The interior design is something of an oasis of aesthetic in the homogenous style of Seattle. In addition, Bahtoh always has fresh flowers in very eye catching arrangements. Definitely check it out.
