This is hands dawn the best veterinary clinic I've ever been to. The whole staff is extremely caring and professional. The veterinarian who took care of my dog, Erin Carey kept me updated throughout the whole process, it really made me feel like my dog is in good hands. She also worked through her lunch break to do a minor surgery on my dogs paw. My dog can be extremely difficult at veterinary clinics as she gets really nervous but Back Bay clinic knew exactly what to do and was extremely professional. Parking can be tough, but don't let that stop you at this clinic is awesome!

We started seeing dr. Waisburd only 4 days ago, after his visit our puppy became very sick. I am so impressed with the amount of correspondence our vet kept with us through the whole process, only knowing him for one day! We ultimately had to go to the emergency room and she was emailing me from Home up until midnight. So far we couldn't be more happy with our experience at back bay vet.

I adore Back Bay Vet Clinic. I bring my 2 persian cats in and actually look forward to the visits! The office is super cute, everyone working is friendly and helpful, and the vets are wonderful (and we've seen several!). Their hours are really convenient - I've been able to get my cat in at the last minute at 7:30pm when they close at 8 and they're open on weekends! Whenever I have any concerns, I call them and they see us right away. I feel like my cats are genuinely cared about by everyone on the staff. I recommend them to anyone!

They've taken very good care of my little doggie. He's 10yrs old now, going strong and happy. They've also taken great care of the newest addition, now 2yrs old, to my puppy family. They've kept both healthy, and ME organized!
