  What a great auto experience. Lena took care of all of my auto needs and she even helped arrange for a tow truck when I was broken down on the side of the road with no hope and no place to go. The mechanics were friendly and provided fast quality service at a great price I can not recommend this place enough. Great job Auto Service Experts...you're the best.

  I have to say these guys go above and beyond. Being a female and not knowing about cars it's easy to get taken advantage of but they take the time out to explain everything to you in terms where you understand. I love that I found a place I can trust. Will recommend to anyone I can. Thanks guys.

  I've finally found a repair shop that can actually DIAGNOSE a problem on a vehicle. Everywhere else I go they just want to keep guessing and throwing parts at my car hoping that they will finally guess correctly. Carlos personally diagnosed an intermittent die out problem that I had taken to 3 other repair shops (one of which was the dealer) and now I am finally back on the road. I wish I had come here first, but I won't make the mistake of going anywhere else again. I wasted a ton of money with those other places but I am confident that will never happen again because this guy really knows how to find out what is wrong with a vehicle.

  I was running errands when I got a "Check Hybrid Battery" message on my dash. I absolutely hate going to the dealership, so I checked Yelp and found that Auto Service Experts were just a few miles from where I was. I called and they advised me to bring the car in. They told me over the phone that there would be a $90 diagnostic fee that would be applied toward any repair. I drove directly there and they had someone look at the car immediately to see if it was something that could be addressed quickly or if I would need to leave the car. Within 15 minutes the tech came in and said that there was a glitch that set off the message. He reset it and it disappeared. He advised to come back if it came on again but otherwise I was good to go. I went to the desk expecting to pay the $90 charge that they warned me about but was told that they were not going to charge me anything! I was very impressed and will definitely return for any future auto repair.

  San Antonio was my starting point for a 3 month motorhome (full of reservations) trip to Alaska. I had a relatively minor accident involving my Ford Fiesta but the damage involved the engine, body and my installed towing equipment. Having never had an accident before I was pretty clueless. ASE was extremely helpful from the start - arranging towing and explaining how the process worked with my insurance - Lena was the best and definitely gave "fast and friendly service."

  ALL work was done, including re-installing my attached tow equipment.
  I realize its a long-winded post but I can't say enough about the caring and apparent quality as well as the "going above and beyond" so so few companies are willing to do. Thanks Lena and Carlos!
