I wanted to give a shout out to Rosa Gibson, owner of Austin Wedding Planners. I have been working alongside and at the direction for Rosa for the past couple of years for day of coordinator service. Since the late '90's, I was in a position to work with brides of many backgrounds, along with many wedding planners, and I give Rosa an A++. Rosa is able to meet with her clients in order to thoroughly obtain all information needed to carry out a flawless wedding, and is in constant contact with the vendors as well. ...

My wife and I consulted Rosa rather late in our own planning stage (previously thinking we could do the day-of-coordination ourselves... HA HA HA). With only 30 days until the date, Rosa and her team was able to efficiently get up to speed on our wedding details, synchronize with our vendors, and work on our wedding day schedule/routine details. My wedding was in April of 2015. I met Rosa in July of 2014, at her home office. She was well-prepared and was able to answer all of my questions. She also has different pricing options, depending on how much service you want. This was one of the deciding factors for me in choosing Rosa and her team. I selected the day-of coordination.
