Dr. Schaefer is a wonderful dermatologist. He is friendly, thorough, and spends time with his patients to explain their medical condition, discuss treatment options, and answer all questions. He even sends pamphlets home with you with additional information. I highly recommend him!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Dr. Chiles. I have two kids with eczema and have taken the others to her as well as visited her personally. I cannot say enough about the excellent quality of care she has given us. Especially my babies that were truly suffering with their eczema, she gave this momma sleep again at night and has made a HUGE difference in all of our quality of lives. She's such a blessing.

I've been seeing Dr. Schaeffer for a couple of years now since he was recommended by my primary physician to review some areas that turned out to be basal cell carcinoma. He is quick, professional and very approachable. The Mohs surgery was performed by Dr. Procise who is also first class. I give this office my highest recommendation. ...

Saw Rachel earlier today. I called in to schedule an appointment and they had an opening for the same day. Within a couple of hours, I was at the office and getting a routine checkup performed. There was virtually no waiting at the office before the appointment and checking out was equally as quick. They were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend for your Austin dermatologist!
