Atkinson Tech Help has been a godsend for our small business. John is super friendly and down to earth but also incredibly knowledgeable. He's a really really smart guy! He is able to discuss tech issues without sounding condescending like so many other IT techs can be. He takes the time to educate you on any issue you are having. You can tell he really cares about his business and his clients. If you are a small business and need tech help, you have to give John a call!

John is as good as it gets when it comes to IT services and helping people through their technology issues. On several occasions we have had John come to the rescue with our employees laptops, cloud computing and tech problems. He is very responsive, thorough, and professional in his approach.
