  We were in need of replacing our roof because of hail damage. We were referred to Assurance Roofing & Exteriors. My fiancé called and Morgan came to our house literally the next morning. The best part is Morgan worked with our home owners insurance on her own and we didn’t need to get involved. Materials were delivered to our home within the following week and the roof was completed faster than I imagined. Morgan kept in contact and was very responsive to all our questions. She kept her word and now we have a beautiful roof again. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. I will always refer Assurance Roofing & Exteriors to anyone that needs their roof done. And we will definitely be keeping Morgan in mind for our own future needs.

  I recently ran into a few problems with my roof after the few hard rains we've had here in Austin. Just a few leaking spots - nothing I wanted to completely replace just yet. I had my roof replaced just a few years ago by a company that obviously didn't do very good work. I wanted to try a new company and had heard really good things about Assurance Roofing and Exteriors. Mark came out to look at the leaks and was completely respectful of my desire to only want to repair the parts of the roof that were leaking - not replace the entire thing. From start to finish, the work was done in just under a week; including a few shingles that needed to be replaced. The best part is that it doesn't look like there has been repair work done - they fit in the new shingles beautifully with the preexisting. I will most definitely be calling Mark when it comes time for me to completely replace my roof. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for Assurance Roofing and Exteriors and the work they did for me.

  I have used the guys at Assurance Roofing two times and have had a great experience every time. After they did a complete roof replacement on my house, I had them go out to take a look at my parents roof. I am thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Mike R. (who was the assurance representative who came out to both mine and my parents houses). He was thorough and answered every single question we had without having to go back to ask anyone for clarification. I really appreciate the respect he showed to both myself and my parents. It is always a headache going in to an expense of this size and Mike did an amazing job getting us the best product for our money. Thank you so much, Mike. We really appreciate you - Keep doing awesome work Assurance!

  Great Company with Phenomenal attention to detail. They came out to our store the next day after our initial call rather quickly. Should have the project done within the next month or so. Looking forward to the final product but overall great experience.

  Assurance roofing has made two repairs on my rental property and they are without a doubt the best in ATX. The rep was very professional and she seemed to be on top of her game. Very professional and knowledgeable would highly recommend
