  From the initial discovery phase, to the installation phase of our spa, Joe was available for all our questions and needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase decision and fully satisfied with the delivery and installation of our spa. Even going so far as to interrupt his family vacation!

  My wife and I entered the hot tub market a short time ago. after spending time shopping here and there we were told to check out Arundel Pool and Spa. We did go there and we were met by Joe (owner). This turned out to be a wonderful experience . Joe is on top of his knowledge . The deal was done at the best price we had found. Joe delivered the tub as scheduled with perfection. I give Arundel Pool and Spa 10 stars and continue to shop there. Regards D Lambert

  We love Joe and his company! He has done everything pool related to our pool since before we owned it! We did a complete remodel and retile with him and he was fabulous to work with. He always goes above and beyond. We are so happy we have him taking care of everything. Kenny too.

  My wife and I entered the hot tub market last year. After shopping around and speaking to friends we were told to stop by Arundel Pool and Spa in Edgewater and see what they had to offer. I met the owner Joe and he was very up to date with all required information on all his spas. Once we decided on the tub and finishes we were also delighted that he also was the least expensive. Joe advised usof all the steps and waiting period and onsite requirements needed. Arundel Pool and Spa did deliver and set everything up as stated with no rescheduling or other delays.   I have known Joe and Kenny, the owners or Arundel Pool and Spa for years. They offer great work ethics and reliable service. I have already booked our pool opening and this year I’m having them replace our pool cover as well. They always arrive as scheduled and do excellent work…very reliable! I highly recommend them!

  Great guys- Great Service. I have dealt with Joe & Kenny since day one (well over 10 year
  s). Very responsive especially after hours when issues arise with an email, phone call or text. They have serviced me with my pool as well as hot tub purchased from them. Nice clean store with excellent inventory and prices.

  Great group of people. Ask a question and they have the answer! When we have a problem with our spa or pool it never feels like there is one because they always have the right answer! Dealing with Arundel Pool & Spa puts us at ease, they are on top of the game!

  Been using Arundel Pool and Spa for couple of years. They are simply terrific. Do a great job and keeps me informed on how my pool is handling the summer. Additionally, when I bought my house they have replaced some of the old pool equipment that was on its last legs. Did a great job at a very fair price.

  Arundel Pool and Spa recently did a full renovation of the interior of our circa 1970 swimming pool. I can't think when I've worked with a company that is as friendly, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, detail-oriented, and responsive as they are. The follow-up to every issue from the outset was truly remarkable. They are the most technically up-to-date of any service company we've had involved in the building and maintenance of our home. The pool came out beautifully, and they continue to monitor the outcome. We have a lot of good service companies working here at our property, and Arundel Pool and Spa stand out from all the rest for excellent customer service.

  Great pool and spa shop. Has all the essentials for chemicals and cleaning. Free water testing. Knowledge staff. Service techs are great for home visits and scheduled cleaning. Kenny has been a huge help to this new pool owner.
