  I was referred to Artisan Eyecare by a friend and couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. From their responsiveness and professionalism via email when I was scheduling with them and had questions about insurance, to the exam, to their frame and lens selection and suggestions, I was really pleased with Artisan Eyecare. HIGHLY recommend.

  After finally getting eye insurance, I figured it was time to replace my 6 year old glasses. I initially chose this place based on my insurance's recommendation and my desire for a provider that could refer me to laser eye surgery.
  
  The atmosphere is inviting and the staff is very friendly. I saw Dr. Hong for my eye exam. He was very professional and explained all parts of my exam. He was flexible to my needs during the exam. I was able to discuss pros and cons of use of contacts. Additionally, he clearly explained the process for laser eye surgery and ways to financially prepare. He was empathetic and understanding through the whole process.
  
  I was pleased with the selection of glasses. I had originally planned on visiting Costco for my glasses but ended up with a awesome pair of glasses here. My new glasses arrrived sooner than expected which was exciting.
  
  Overall, the whole staff was professional and transparent about the services provided and thier recommendations. They added a personal touch that will bring me back for future services.

  I have been to a few optometrists before but always felt like i was another number. I worked with Kevin and he took the time to answer my question and explain everything to me; it was a great experience. The service was great, they had a large selection of eyewear, and ensured I was satisfied with my glasses selection. I would highly recommend Artisan Eyecare.

  Artisan Eyecare is a great local and friendly business. I am pretty blind and go through contacts very fast. Kevin Hong made sure i got them immediately and even delivered them himself! Such great service and you can tell he really cares about his patients.

  Stopped into Artisan Eyecare last week for an exam and to find a new pair of frames. Dr. Wooldridge was extremely friendly and patient with me during the exam and while walking me through some of the machines they use. When looking for new frames, Eric was quick to find me exactly what I was looking for and talked me through my insurance benefits.
  
  Overall, a great shop and addition to North Center!
