"Help me, Art of Mac - you're my only hope!"

No, I'm not quoting Star Wars. This is a voice-mail I've left for Ruth and the Art of Mac team on numerous occasions. And each time I have, they've come to my rescue. Ruth and Helga are like Apple superheroes. I actually found Art of Mac on Yelp a few years ago when I was having some computer issues. So I feel it's only fair to pay it forward and recommend their services to my other Mac-loving friends. ...

The Art of Mac team responded to my calls quickly and resolved my Mac issues in my home.

They even helped me get rid of one iMac machine I had which we donated to a non-profit (another client of theirs) for a write-off.

This past week I've been dealing with the death of my beloved macbook pro. What I quickly realized was that most repair folks are trying to screw you like a thieving mechanic or are clueless to the mac world. Especially the Rich at central computers on Howard street! But my experience with Ruth was refreshing and honest. Instead if convincing me to bring it in she was honest and gave options. Sadly the truth was to let her go in peace and purchase another one. ...

When my HD died I found these guys through CL and began an email correspondence with Ruth, a tech there, about the options available to me. She was super helpful and assisted me in picking a great new drive that was twice the size of the stock one I had in there. What's even better: They were able to provide me with 2 day service, the upgraded HD and the labor all at a cheaper rate than the Apple Store. Hells yeah! ...
