I had previously taken my 2004 Toyota Tacoma to another local Japanese automotive specialist shop for years, but last year they did sloppy work that cost me money and time without transportation that I searched Yelp for a new shop when it came time to replace my timing belt and water pump. Arrows had great reviews, so I contacted them and made arrangements to bring my truck down for the work.

I called around to try and get a quote on fixing my brakes. This place said just bring it in and we will look at it for free. ... The owners are respectful of their employees and all around genuine! I will be bringing my BMW 325i and my wife's Toyota RAV4 here for maintenance from now on. This has been an experience that has been above and beyond what other places do and say. I'm done with rude and overpriced. Go here if you want honest friendly service!!!

Wish I could give 6 stars. I continue to go here and they are so nice and professional. I'm so glad I found these guys. I ended up getting a ride back to the shop with a guy who was funny and genuinely caring. Turned out to be the owner and the service was free due to a small mix-up with timing. Wow, super classy and I'd trust them 100%.

GOOD, FAST, HONEST and *very reasonably* priced.

It's so hard to find a mechanic (even though it's 2017. what's up with that?). After tons of research I brought a tired old 91 minvan to these guys and they were straightforward, told me everything I needed to know, overdelivered on their promises and charged me exactly the amount of time that was used to fix the issue and no more.
They even offered to show me how to change my own oil and check my brakes.
A solid choice, highly recommend.
