  Arnica was kind enough to assist me with my ac needs last week, it was boiling hot and they got my air conditioning up and running within a few hours! So grateful for John the technicians customer service, and the person I dealt with in the office (Anna) was incredibly professional and kind through my experience. She even called to follow up and make sure that I was satisfied with my visit. Would recommend to family and friends for quick service and great customer service!

  Our gas boiler furnace went out on Saturday afternoon and we are left without heat at night. We had one plumber from other company came on Sunday, wanted to replace the entire gas boiler for $6000 by stating our 14-years old gas boiler is too dirty to clean. I did not want to pay this kind of money. I called Arnica Sunday night, their plumber came on Monday afternoon, clean the entire gas boiler and the heater is back on with only 10% of the cost to replace the unit. Arnica is honest and quick response to emergency call. I am very happy with their service and very impress with their honesty in conducting business.

  I am very pleased with the service from Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning. I used them for an air conditioning unit installation job in our Staten Island home. The experienced crew finished the job without any mess. I will highly recommend them for any cooling or heating job.

  I was having trouble with my central air conditioning. After calling Arnica they sent a repair man out the same day. He was able to make the repairs and got my air conditioning working in no time. The repair man was very professional, and polite. The staff at the office called afterward to make sure I was satisfied with everything. I would highly recommend Arnica, excellent service and reasonable prices.
