Dr. Crothers, Dr. Novak and the Arbor Eye Center team take even routine eye exams very seriously. During a yearly or bi-yearly examination, our Austin patients will receive a patient history review, a series of vision and eye tests, assessments of eye focusing and movement, and an eye health evaluation. Our optometrist will discuss any additional testing that may be required to diagnose an eye disease or condition. Read more

I've been going here since they opened. Before this place I would choose a new optometrist every year,because most suck. I am kind of a leave me a lone, don't bother me type of person and I hate to be bothered by sales people. This is the only place I go to, because they respect me and my personality. They are not overbearing , they actually care about their business and I have no problem giving them my money. My entire family now goes here.

They also have a unique selection of frames that you do not find at any other place. This is definitely not a cookie cutter establishment. -

Dr. Novac was extremely thorough with my eyes, and a super nice lady. I loved the whole staff! Michelle helped me pick out some awesome glasses on a budget! Didn't get the guy's name that adjusted my glasses when I picked them up, but he was also very nice and helpful. I will continue to go to Arbor Eye and I absolutely recommend this place for all your eye health needs! Their office is very nice and have all of the latest technology.

I feel so fortunate that I stumbled upon this practice. I was looking for an in network provider who was close to my home so I chose this office. What a lucky find! Dr. Crothers is a fantastic doctor. She is highly educated and knowledgeable. She has a great "bedside" manner. And she's great with kids! Both my daughter and I love coming here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I seriously cannot say enough nice things about this office. They are all wonderful!

... I called and they pulled the frames i wanted right away and told me to just contact the prior store i had gone to and stop the process on the previous glasses i chose so i did and within minutes i was at Arbor Eye Center and they had already called and gotten my benefits reloaded. They had the frames ready right away for me to try on to make sure i loved them as much as i had thought and i did. They are very quick, polite, and kind to their customers. I have never written a review before but this place made it easy to want to share the wonderful experience that i had with them. I definitely recommend them 100%.
