Excellent service and affordable. Juan was our technician. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am and was done making repairs within 25 minutes! Extremely professional and very knowledgeable. This guy not only explained the problem and how he fixed it but gave great advice on why the problem occurred and how to avoid it in the future. To top it off, he told us he actually lives in this neighborhood! I would totally recommend this company to anyone that asks for a plumbing referral. If possible ask for Juan. He's friendly and good at what he does. Really glad I chose this company and plan to do so if another problem with plumbing comes up in the future.

I called APLUS about a leaking shower hot water tap at 8:15 PM. A woman took my information and next morning Juan called and said he would be there in 1/2 an hour. Juan and Miguel assessed the situation and recommended that I replace the Price Pfister cartridge. I told them to replace both. They had the new parts in their truck and had the job done in 20 minutes.They were both friendly and informative. I had called two other places the night before but APLUS was the first to respond. I definitely would call them again!

These guys are professional. Wish I would have called them earlier. I'm one of those do it yourself kinda guys until the wife and kids start being like come on dude.. how many days will this take. APlus arrived ahead of schedule and quickly handled the issue and updated some other stuff. Glad there is still professional, honest hardworking small businesses out there that do the job fast and right the first time. I asked for a company magnet to put on Refridgerator for the future. they are my go-to guys now. In terms of cost, it seemed pretty reasonable to me. Thanks, APlus!

We had a "slab leak," in our garage. This means that water was leaking from the hot water pipes underneath the slab. James and his assistant came out, gave us a thorough estimate. We agreed to go with them, after receiving other bids. They then came out, jack-hammered out the slab, replaced the leak. James was very friendly and explained everything with patience. They did a great job, and I would highly recommend this plumbing company whether you live in Fremont, Hayward or Union City.

After we found our water heater broke, we searched Google for a local plumbing company with good reviews and decided to call APLUS Plumbing. They were responsive on the phone, arrived on time for a free estimate and the actual installation.

They installed the best water heater which most contractors rated the highest. They still kept special offer price on their website for us. The whole process of installation was extremely well. We recommend the service of this company and look forward to having business with them again in the future.
