Angelica catered for my destination wedding in May on Vashon, Washington. Let me tell you - she was perfect as well as her staff. From the beginning I was stressed out planning a destination wedding and not being able to visit our venue or even taste a sample of the catering before our big day. I was hesitant to reach out to Angelica at first because I felt that she didn't have lot of more recent reviews online. However, she impressed me from the beginning. She customized our menu to everything my husband and I wanted. All I told her was, "He wants southern food and I want breakfast." She came up with an amazing menu that everyone at the wedding was raving about. Her food was literally the best food I've ever had at a wedding - and I'm not just saying that b/c this was my wedding. Everything was fresh and prepared with care. My father loved the food so much that he even said he wanted to fly her all the way to Texas where we live to have her cater for an event down here. She is the real deal!!!

Angelica created a delicious Memorial dinner in honor of my father. Many of the guests commented on the food. She used fresh ingredients with an emphasis on being both healthy and delicious. The dinner was beautifully presented with attention to detail. She was quite flexible and had excellent customer service.

A wonderful private experience here in the Seattle area. Our multi course meal includes a local wine pairing and a lot or organically grown ingredients making it an especially appealing experience for an out of towner.
