Garrett was a professional throughout the entire inspection process. He was available on short-notice and arrived on time to an early morning appointment. His inspection report was thorough, containing pictures and annotations, and was a useful reference for the specialists (i.e. electrician) that came in later to do work on the house.

Garrett was pretty amazing doing our home inspection. He was on time, easy to talk to and was timely with his report. His findings were super detailed and easy to understand. He took the time to explain what exactly he found at the end of his inspection so the report wouldnt be a such a surprise. Maybe we just got lucky, but we needed an inspection within 6 days and he was willing to come out the day after I contacted him. He was worth every penny for the quality of work he does. Definitely would recommend him to others and will use him in any future home inspections I may need. Thanks Garrett!

Garrett was great! He came out on Memorial Day to do a pre-inspection, which helped us secure our house. He was extremely thorough, communicated in lay man's terms the issues with the house (we're first time home buyers, a lot of the information was new to us). As scary as it can be to hear all the issues that are wrong with a house at the same time, he was reassuring and explained what was most pressing and what could wait. When he left, we were confident we knew how to proceed with repairs. I can't thank Garrett enough for his services!

Garrett is a rockstar. He provided a VERY thorough inspection for us and took the time to explain some of the finer points, even regarding basic home maintenance, which was super helpful as first-time buyers. I'd definitely recommend Andren Home Inspection.
