Cathy Schmelter is the lady that came out to teach my high school health and PE class and I thought she taught us a lot and I found it really fun to make smoothies.

I really enjoyed when Cathy Schmelter came into our health class and taught us about nutrients. I loved making smoothies with the class and having different options I never really used before. I would love to do this again.

Cathy gave a great presentation to my health class about Nutrition followed by an instructional piece on how to make smoothies. My students and I both enjoyed her presentation and the information was incredibly helpful and educational.
