After we misplaced one of our remotes for our 2015 Chevrolet impala with push start and keyless entry I contacted Amerikeys for assistance. I requested a quote for how much it would cost to have the "flip" key (high security) duplicated from the one remaining remote. Lisa provided a very fair quote compared to several local Chevrolet dealers and other local locksmiths. I took the remote I purchased to the shop and the key was duplicated and ready in less than five minutes. The technician ensured the duplicate worked in the door. i was able to program the remote according to the instructions in my owner's manual. I highly recommend Amerikeys for dealing with a lost remote or high security key duplicate.

I had a couple of key problems, and my husband told me to come here... all resolved quickly and reasonably at Amerikeys. The owner/operator is knowledgeable and courteous, and he stands behind his work. I highly recommend it.

Purchased a used car as-is. The remotes on the keys had been glued and taped shut, and were in really bad condition. The dealer advised me new keys were $200 each, but $70 of that was the cost for programming the chip, so getting 2 keys at once was a better value. (Still over $300) My friend told me about AMERIKEYS, so I went there. On 1 key, he was able to move the chip to a new shell, but 1 key was too badly damaged (crazy glue had seeped in ruining the transponder) to be used with the remote anymore, so he just cut me a new key. He does all the work in front of you, and gives you the original metal part of the key back (discarding the empty, broken shell). The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and for UNDER $200!

Great owners, they have saved me thousands of dollars over what dealers want for their keys. Service is always great! In and out within 15 minutes usually (when the dealer needs 3 hours). I can't say enough good about this place!
